Jason worked for UK cable operator ntl:Telewest (now Virgin Media) for more than seven years. During that time he has set up and run three successful TV shopping channels, recruiting and managing teams of upto 100 people at a time. He is entirely business focused, and understands the key to driving any business forward is finding and retaining the right staff. Jason was also one of the launch directors of TV Commerce PLC, which listed on the AIM market in 2005. So has worked at management/director level across small - medium and large companies.
